Billing Model: All transactions for our desktop UI design templates and asset packs are one-time purchases. We do not operate on a subscription or recurring billing model.
Payment & Authorization: By initiating a purchase via Stripe on our platform, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, are the authorized holder of the payment card, and possess the legal right to complete the financial transaction.
Delivery Method & Fulfillment: Since our Products are strictly digital virtual assets, no physical shipping is required, and no physical tracking numbers will be provided. Upon successful payment clearance via Stripe, the digital assets are delivered instantly via a direct download link on our website or dispatched to your registered email address.
Legal Definition of Delivery: The product is legally deemed “fully delivered and fulfilled” the moment our system generates the download link or transmits the access email, whichever occurs first.
Strict No-Refund Policy & Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Waiver

Intellectual Property & Limited License (Usage Rights vs. Ownership)
All original codes, code snippets, user interface layouts, visual designs, graphic elements, art assets, mockups, and components included within our asset packs are the exclusive intellectual property of FrameNestPro or its licensors.
Limited License Grant: Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the assets for your own UI design mockups, client concept testing, or designated end-project implementations.
No Ownership Transfer: Your purchase constitutes a license to use, not a transfer of ownership. No copyright, trademark, or ownership rights over the source materials or core design elements are transferred to you. All copyrights remain fully with FrameNestPro.
Strict Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from extracting, copying, reproducing, redistributing, reselling, sub-licensing, sharing, or repackaging the assets—either in their original form or modified—to create competing design templates, public repositories, or for any other unauthorized commercial exploitation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
