Pre-made Asset Model & Instant Delivery
FrameNestPro strictly operates on a “Pre-made Digital Asset Download” model. The standard business transaction sequence is: Customer places an order -> System automatically dispatches or displays the digital files/links -> The transaction is completed and fully concluded.
No Bespoke/Custom Development: All UI design templates and asset packs sold on this website are completed, pre-made stock assets. We do not offer or provide any subsequent custom design modifications, bespoke code development, or ongoing technical services.
No Physical Shipping or Tracking: Since our Products are strictly virtual digital assets, no physical packaging is required, and no physical shipping tracking numbers will be provided or exist.
Delivery Execution: Upon successful payment clearance via Stripe, the Products will be delivered instantly via: (1) A direct download link displayed on the checkout confirmation page; and/or (2) An automated email containing the download credentials sent to the address provided during checkout. The successful transmission of the link or email constitutes full and completed delivery.
Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Waiver
CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE FOR UK & EUROPEAN CONSUMERS:
In compliance with statutory exemptions under UK and EU consumer protection laws regarding the supply of digital content: Once the performance of digital delivery has begun, the consumer expressly consents to waive their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (right to a refund without justification).
By placing your order and clicking the purchase button, you give your express prior consent for immediate digital delivery and expressly acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund or cancellation once the download link is generated or emailed to you. All sales are final, strictly non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
If you experience technical issues (such as link corruption), please contact design@framenestpro.com within 24 hours, and we will issue a replacement link or functional file copy.
Limited License vs. Ownership
When you purchase a Product from FrameNestPro, you are buying a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the assets. You are not purchasing the ownership or intellectual property rights of the assets.
Copyright Retention: All original codes, layout designs, user interface graphics, art assets, mockups, and audio files contained within the asset packs remain the exclusive intellectual property of FrameNestPro.
Permitted Use: You are permitted to utilize the downloaded assets for personal UI/UX design practice, mockups, concept testing, or internal project rendering.
Strict Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from extracting, copying, decompiling, repackaging, reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the assets—whether in original or modified form—for any unauthorized commercial purpose or competing product. Any breach will result in immediate termination of your usage license and potential legal action under UK courts.
Chargeback & Anti-Fraud Audit

In the event of an unjustified chargeback dispute filed with a bank (e.g., claiming “unauthorised transaction” or “product not received”), this comprehensive digital evidence chain will be submitted to Stripe and the clearing bank network to defend the transaction.
