Strict No-Refund Policy & Digital Content Statutory Waiver
In strict compliance with the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), statutory provisions grant businesses an explicit exemption from standard refund laws for the supply of digital content that is not tangible.

Statutory Waiver Acknowledgement: By purchasing our pre-made UI design templates and asset packs, you give your explicit prior consent for the immediate execution of the digital download. You expressly acknowledge and agree that once the digital delivery has commenced (either via a link generated on our checkout page or via an automated delivery email sent to you), you completely lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal / right to a refund without justification.

Consequently, all transactions are final, non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. We do not offer refunds, store credits, or product replacements due to a change of mind, accidental purchases, or a lack of user technical proficiency with design software.

“Pre-made Assets Only” Model & Cancellation Exceptions
Our operations strictly follow a “Customer places order -> System automatically delivers download link -> Transaction concludes” pipeline.

No Subscriptions / Recurring Charges: All sales on FrameNestPro are one-time payments. There are no ongoing memberships or recurring subscriptions; therefore, there are no recurring cancellations to process.

No Custom/Bespoke Work: We sell entirely pre-made, stock-ready digital layout files. We do not engage in custom software development, milestone-based design services, or commissioned projects. Since no technical milestones exist, orders cannot be cancelled mid-way through production once payment via Stripe is finalized.

Technical Defects and Remedy Procedures
While all sales are final under consumer laws, we are fully committed to ensuring our products function as intended. If you receive a corrupted download link, a missing file component, or a technically broken asset archive, your statutory right under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair or replacement of that digital content:

Please submit a support request to our official email at design@framenestpro.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Include your Stripe payment email, transaction date, and a brief description or screenshot of the technical error.
Upon verifying the defect, our team will issue a functional replacement file, an alternative download link, or a direct resolution within 24 hours.

Dispute and Fraud Prevention
FrameNestPro works closely with our payment gateway partner, Stripe, to closely monitor for chargeback manipulation and friendly fraud. Our web servers legally and automatically generate comprehensive records of every digital delivery, including your agreement timestamp, checkout IP address, and asset download logs.

Any attempt to exploit banks’ dispute frameworks to illicitly secure a refund after successfully downloading our digital property will result in the immediate and automatic cancellation of your usage license. The recorded digital footprint will be submitted to Stripe and the card-issuing bank to contest any non-meritorious chargeback claims.
