Q: What are your customer support hours? A: Our dedicated support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT/BST), excluding UK Bank Holidays. Q: What exactly am I purchasing? A: You are purchasing premium, ready-made desktop UI design templates and asset packs (“Products”). All products sold on our platform are finished, pre-built layout assets designed to speed up your design and prototyping workflows.

Q: Do you offer custom design, adjustments, or development services? A: No. FrameNestPro operates exclusively on a “Pre-made Digital Asset Download” model. We do not engage in or provide any bespoke technical development, milestone-based designs, custom adjustments, or post-purchase design services. All assets are sold as stock files as previewed on our product pages.

  1. Digital Delivery Framework

Q: How will I receive my digital asset packs? A: Our transaction process follows a direct pipeline: Place Order -> Instant Link Generation -> Transaction Concluded. Once your payment is successfully cleared and processed via our secure payment handler, Stripe, you will instantly receive your digital assets. Delivery occurs via two synchronous methods:

  • A direct download link will immediately appear on your checkout confirmation web page.

  • An automated email containing the active download links will be dispatched to the email address you specified during checkout. The product is legally deemed fully delivered and fulfilled the moment our system generates the download link or transmits the access email, whichever occurs first.

Q: Will I receive a physical delivery package or a shipping tracking number? A: No. Because our products are completely digital and virtual in nature, there is no physical inventory, no parcel dispatch, and no physical shipping tracking numbers are generated or provided. Delivery is completed entirely online.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Q: Can I cancel my order or request a refund under the 14-day statutory rule? A: No. In strict accordance with the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), digital content that is non-tangible is subject to explicit statutory waivers. By initiating your purchase and checking out, you provide your explicit prior consent for the immediate execution of the digital content. You expressly acknowledge and agree that once the digital delivery has commenced (the link is generated or the email is dispatched), you completely waive and lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal / right to a refund without justification. Consequently, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Q: What should I do if my download link is broken or the file is corrupted? A: If you experience any rare technical errors, such as a corrupted zip file or an inactive download link, please contact us at design@framenestpro.com within 24 hours of purchase. Include your Stripe payment email and transaction date. Our statutory obligation ensures that we will investigate and supply you with a fully functional replacement link or file copy within 24 hours.

  1. Licensing & Intellectual Property

Q: Do I own the copyright to the design templates after paying? A: No. When you buy an asset pack from FrameNestPro, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use those materials for personal prototyping, client concept rendering, or design testing. Your purchase constitutes a license to use, not a transfer of ownership. The full copyrights, code authorship, visual design elements, and artistic property remain entirely and exclusively with FrameNestPro.

Q: Can I redistribute, repackage, or resell the assets? A: Absolutely not. You are strictly prohibited from extracting, copying, decompiling, repackaging, reselling, redistributing, sharing, or sub-licensing the files to create competing assets, public repositories, or for any unauthorized commercial exploitation. Any unauthorized distribution is a direct infringement of international intellectual property laws and will result in the immediate and automatic revocation of your usage license and potential legal action under UK courts.

  1. Secure Payments & Anti-Fraud

Q: Is my payment secure on your website? A: Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a global leader in secure online payment processing. FrameNestPro does not see, log, or store your credit card or debit card details on our servers. Your transactions are completely protected under Stripe’s strict PCI-DSS security compliance architecture.

Q: How do you handle payment disputes or unrecognized charges? A: FrameNestPro utilizes Stripe’s automated risk mitigation protocols (including Stripe Radar) to prevent payment fraud. For every transaction, our servers securely log the agreement timestamp, payment IP address, and download telemetry. Any attempt to exploit banking dispute frameworks to illicitly secure refunds after accessing our digital property will result in the immediate cancellation of your usage license, and this digital evidence chain will be submitted to the card-issuing bank to contest the claim.
